Return Policy: We want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable as possible. Therefore, unworn or undamaged regular merchandise may be returned for exchange, refund, or store credit of the purchase price within 30 days of the initial purchase. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless an item not purchased was incorrectly shipped; otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy: We like to make your experience hassle free. Need a different size, color, or fit? Just contact us for availability, and we will exchange it. RMA number prior to returning your merchandise to us. Customers can request an RMA email to: info@chalkmeup.com. Once RMA has been issued, merchandise must be received within 7 business days. Please enclose a copy of the original receipt and the RMA number. All refunds will be processed only when we receive the returned merchandise from you.

IMPORTANT: Ship packages through a traceable shipping method, such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages and deliveries. Make sure to retain the return tracking number for your records. Chalk Me Up, LLC cannot be responsible for lost inbound packages.
